Thank you for visiting my website and for your interest in my books. I write Medical Romance for Harlequin Mills & Boon and many of my stories are loosely linked, set in and around fictional Strathlochan in the beautiful, rugged landscape of rural Scotland. The series began with The Italian Doctor's Bride in October 2006, and the ninth Strathlochan title came out in October 2009. More Strathlochan stories are in progress and I hope you will enjoy discovering new characters as well as keeping in touch with some familiar ones as the books progress.
Many apologies for the delays in updating this website, and for a few barren months between books, which has been due to a spell of ill health.
For those who enjoyed the two very popular Medical Romance series, Brides of Penhally Bay, I have some exciting news! We are returning to Cornwall for a brand new series centred mostly around St Piran's Hospital. You will meet a whole new cast of loveable characters and catch up with a few familiar faces, too!
The 8-book St Piran series gets off to a special start with books 1 and 2 released as a duo in December 2010. Book 1 is another wonderfully heart-warming story from Caroline Anderson, which brings the long-running Nick & Kate thread to an exciting conclusion! Book 2 is a moving romance from one of Medical's favourite authors, Carol Marinelli.
My own contribution to the series is book 3, Italian Surgeon, Forbidden Bride, is released in January 2011. I loved Gio & Jess and thoroughly enjoyed bringing them and their very emotional story to life. I hope you will enjoy it – and the whole series.
(For details, extracts and updates on all my titles see the “BOOKS” and “BOOKS COMING SOON” pages on this website.)
Some of the Medical Romance authors are now regularly blogging on the main eHarlequin website and anyone is welcome to stop by, take part and learn more about this popular romance line and those who write the books.
Special thanks to Scottish artist, Jim Wylie, for so kindly allowing me to use some of his wonderful images to illustrate my website. Please click on his name or see the links page to visit his website for more information about his work.
Enjoy your look around my website ... I hope you will come back again soon.
Happy reading,
